London Court, an ‘Elizabethan Tudor’ arcade, extends from the Hay Street Mall to

St Georges Terrace in the heart of Perth city. In the middle of the arcade is Stairwell B, located right beside the London Court Café; it takes you up to Smits at Suite 12A.
